Filtered to Wardens-- Rimmer is a douchebag

Aug 31, 2009 20:03

I must say, this is a perfectly marvelous turn of events. I mean, once you get past the fact that my inmate seems to have thrown all obstinacy to the wind and decided he is in love with one Arnold J. Rimmer. But ah! There is some good news in all that! It seems he's quite willing to do whatever I ask of him, provided I give him some hope of ( Read more... )

HERE COMES LIBBY, TO RUIN YOUR FUN WITH "RESPONSIBILITY" AND OTHER DUMB THINGS :c thatlibbychick September 1 2009, 00:13:18 UTC
This flood isn't an excuse for us to take advantage of our inmates, Rimmer!

I'm not taking advantage of him. He's perfectly willing to do what I ask of him.

...provided it makes me more willing to "love" him.

Yes, and my inmate is perfectly willing to do whatever I ask of her as well. The difference is that I'm not going to betray the trust she puts in me by using her for labor.

Drusilla knows I love her like a sister already. She doesn't have to earn it through petty favors.

Yes, and we're both perfectly aware that Stinson has no real love or respect for me. There is no trust to betray.

Therefore, why not have him do a bit of humbling work in the meanwhile? Perhaps it'll work wonders on him.

I don't care how it happened; all I know is that Barney Stinson would love to help you through helping me.

Surely you've got a task you're in no great hurry to complete. Come on, now. Tell me.

This is completely inappropriate, you realise that? My Inmate offered to kill people for me and I'm not taking her up on that.

Leave Barney alone. He was actually being rather...sweet.

I'm not asking Stinson to kill anyone, but there are plenty of things that need doing around here. I can't do them, so why not have someone who can take care of them?

There are people on official custodial duty already, Mr. Rimmer. What you're doing is petty sadism and he'll only hate you even more afterwards.

I'm sorry, but I don't see why that should bother me, seeing as he holds no love for me already.

At least I'm getting something out of this.

Ah, hello-- Dr. McCoy, correct?

Need any help cleaning the infirmary?

That's right, and unless that inmate of yours did something worthy of scrubbing the floors keep him to yourself there.

He's a complete yabbo most of the time. Is that sufficient?

No, he isn't! Not really, anyway. Would you consider yourself willing if somebody put a... a bloody love spell on you?

This isn't a "love spell". It's a mind-changing experience.
