Anyone who thinks Edward Snowden deserves to be shot should first read about Thomas Drake, who tried to bring attention to NSA abuses and unconstitutional activities through the chain of command. The Triumph was towed to Alabama, so Carnival still had to get the passengers back to New Orleans. To accomplish this they organized a convoy of "stool" buses.

Apportionment among the states is by population (although each state is guaranteed at least one), currently just over 700,000 per representative (on average). So far I've been out riding twice this year, what with the snow, wind/cold, and my cold. While I have no grandchildren of my own, my gf frequently has her 8.5 yo granddaughter stay with us. She's very smart, but headstrong and hard to deal with.
