I didn't figure you had gained as much as you thought you did. Your calories may have been lower then what your body needed before, but they weren't drastically low. Which meant you likely still had a metabolism, unlike a severely restricting anorexic. I figured your body could handle more calories than you had figured. Your body can handle quite a bit of calories (unlike yours truly!) Your body will adapt much better than a severely restricting anorexic. It may "feel" like you are gaining a ton of weight, but you won't. I kind of envy you. I can't eat anything without gaining weight.

I have the Dunkin Donuts blueberry muffin coffee - it is quite tasty! Enjoy! I'm drinking Trader Joe's Winter Spice blend today which is a dark roast with winter spices ground in with the coffee - very tasty!

I was really relieved. Ideally, I would like to get back down to where I was. And just stay there, and build muscle. but that's tricky since you can't build muscle without a little bit of fat. But I guess I can give it a go, huh?

I thought you had that coffee, which is why I wanted to try it out!

or the way they make me feel. I can tell when lying down that I'm cushioned. If I could just stay here id be thrilled. I really don't think I can gain more mentally.
