same stuff, different day

I'm about the same weight as I was yesterday. Which is good. I didn't go up. Yesterday was an exhausting day. I spent most of it doing laundry. I figured out if I cut the size of the loads in half, and increase the spin speed on my washer, then my dryer only has to dry them twice. haha But after days of going up and down stairs carrying a stock pot ( Read more... )

Aren't you scared of the idea of running while you are experiencing some dizziness and heart palpitations? That would kind of scare me. Please consider going easy on your body while you are restricting calories. Exercise + Restriction can = Disaster.

If they get bad enough then I wouldn't dare go. But right now they are really light. they aren't taking my breath away, they don't feel like my heart is going to beat outside my chest. they are a slight flutter, and only a few a day. Plus, I try to eat a bit more on the days that I'm going to run. be all adult like and responsible.

Have a good weekend. Please don't run if your heart is doing weird things. I am dying to run but my ankle still has not healed from the fracture and sprain I did in October. I hope you will try to eat more this weekend and hydrate too.
