I can eat pretty spicy stuff; enough to get a nice endorphin rush, even, but sometimes when I do, I get *hiccups*. Has anyone else had this happen? It hppens to my father, too, and I'm wondering if this is common, or just a familial oddity.

So I've been looking to try and find some of my favorite hot sauce, and it seems that there is no info on the company anymore and I can't even find a website for them, or for the hot sauce I am looking for. If anyone here has any ideas, please help!

The hot sauce is "Oso Hot!" and it's made by "The Brown Adobe".

Good news for hot sauce lovers (well, the guys, anyway).

Capsaicin destroys prostate cancer cells.

It worked on lab mice, but the equivalent dosage for a grown man would be eight habaneros, three times a week. Still, it's nice to see hot sauce shown to be good for something beyond spicing up food and playing practical jokes.

i just joined and i think this is the greatest community ever. i love hot sauce.

now i'm hungry.. i'm going to make some spicy burritos!

What is the shelf life of unopened hot sauce? I have a ton of it and I know SOME is at least 4 or 5 years old. Is it still good?

I have some opened sauces that I have been using for ages. I don't know if they have open shelf lives, but I still use them. haha.

So any ideas?
