Erica was changing back into her street clothes in the locker room after another soul-crushing, alienating day. She was beyond tired, near-catatonic in her drowsiness. Also there was no way that Erica was 'okay' with Callie sleeping with Sloan, I mean who would be okay with that; maybe just maybe a kiss can be 'okay' but having sex with them that is not cool. But I think that Callie shouldn't have accepted the"okay" answer from the beggining. First: when George slept with Izzie she wasn't okay even thought they didn't broke up when she found out and second: look how their relationship ended. So I believe that both of them made a mistake, Callie for accepting that kind of answer and Erica for not expressing how she truly felt, hence their drifting apart but hey what would be life without a little angst in the middle.

I never believed Erica was okay with Callie sleeping with Sloan or that Callie would even sleep with Sloan after being with Erica. Just another example of the horrible writing they were given.
Yeah, they knew they weren't okay, but they weren't talking about it yet.
I love Callie too. She finally realized what she wanted, which was always Erica, and had to win her back, whatever crazy tactics she had to use.
