no binging for a week? that's excellent, m'dear. i aspire to be you. i'm two days strong, and hoping to last out until the weekend at least. we'll see how it goes.
as for the scale: it's crazy how even though it makes no logical sense sometimes, the numbers freak you the fuck out.
like i 'gained' 6 pounds in the past three days (although i 'lost' three of them this morning) and even though that's impossible, i FLIPPED when i saw it. i'm into less than 900 calories per day and 850 cal workouts for this week and i refuse REFUSE refuse to weigh myself because i know that just leads to b/p behavior.
fuck, why does it do that? ugh.
