Once upon a time a very put upon bank teller person was minding her own business, writing down things to do, when the Customer arrived. Remodeling, a fact of life for any commercially owned property, can be a right pain in the ass. Especially when they remove a wall and portion of the roof - IN FRIGGIN' JANUARY!

So went to work today and was standing there. Found out that my bank branch had the worst customer service scores in the entire region. Was shocked since I have awesome customer service scores. Then I spent the rest of the shift watching my manager's manager tutor him in customer service. It totally made my day ( Read more... ) -

Coping mechanism
So I never really realized it, but my coping mechanism for stress is apparently to revert to being ten. I eat ridiculous combinations of food groups (pickles and cottage cheese anyone?) and read fantasy novels. But they must be teen fantasy novels or Anne McCaffrey ( Read more... ) -
