Beginning the day well is important.  Like today, i woke up feeling so refreshed.  I seldom feel that way mind you.  I usually wake up feeling like i need another 7 hours of sleep.  But today i woke up feeling calm , peaceful and well rested, even though i only slept for 7 hours ( Read more... )
