Wow, I let my paid account expire. Looks pretty much the same though, and saved me $20. Still, it's been a long time...

Happily, this week has been busy. On Sunday (aka Mother's Day), I gave half-a-dozen free chair massages at urbanweeds; it seemed like one or two were interested in coming to see me at my practice. Identification
Yesterday afternoon at the grocery store-Trader Joe's-Nicole and I bought mozzarella, ground beef, and a bottle of wine. The checkout girl, who seemed about my age, or perhaps a bit younger, asked to see my ID. I opened my wallet; she asked that I take it out. Ah! I haven't updated in a while because I haven't really had a free moment. We've had family staying with us, celebrating Nicole's birthday, for a week. They just left yesterday. Four years ago I was more into politics; Bush's re-election depressed me. I wish this Democratic race was over; the bickering and just plain dragging-out of it is enough to make me believe it'll happen again-though that's not saying McCain is Bush. Bah, politics.
