Ouch! I just found out from doing a downward doggie pose (yoga) that I can NOT stretch out my right hands & fingers entirely while laying my palm flat on the ground because my ring finger hurts so bad! I just realized that in American we raise our hands by pointing all five fingers to the sky. In Asia, however, we raise our hands (I used to) by making a fist. Interesting!
