I didn't think it hurt at all, but then again I have a high pain tolerance for piercings. It's just soft tissue there anyway, so it shouldn't hurt too bad. Mine healed really quickly too, so that's a plus. You have other piercings already, so I can't imagine it hurting more than any other piercing.
