This is my weekly routine.

Monday Nights: Live bluegrass and jazz at a hip little place thats a hybrid coffeshop/club/bar called Heliotrope.
Wednesday Nights: Open mic poetry night at Heliotrope. Then Weird Wednesday at the Drafthouse (they show really weird really old movies for free)

What makes some words so powerful so as to be taken as far as being forbidden to be said in public? Let's think just for a moment what words are. Sounds created by our mouths. However, these sounds are used to communicate intentions or thoughts. But to me, words only matter if you, the person on the recieving end of the words, LET IT matter. ( Read more... )

It's weird. I was looking at my own journal without having logged in and without all the private entries (my eyes only), it seems fairly trite. I guess that's all I care for the rest of the world to see...
