There were terrorist bombings in Madrid. I have friends in Madrid. I was on the same railstations that got bombed. What is this world coming to? When will it stop??? I don't know if it will, but I only hope that steps are taken to rectify the situation.

Game 7 for me is by far the greatest baseball I have ever seen in my life. Who would have thought that a batter who has not been producing all year, who has been in a slump this postseason, (barely scraping by with two base hits) could, off the first pitch of Wakefield, hit the game winning homerun for the NY Yankees?? Just got back from a soccer game. We tied, but should have won, eventhough we all played in a very disorganized manner. As for me, was not the best game I ever played, but was not the worst either.
