i posted a while ago about my real father, and how he was abusive to my mom, and then he abandoned me.  waaah, probably half of us can tell that story.

on my to-do list yesterday, i came across an entry that looked like "butt farm."  i still can't figure out what i actually wrote.  butt farm.

Taking time off from school has given me a chance to reflect on what I want out of my education and how to get it, and potential future careers and how to prepare for them.  As always, there is le list.

1) keep volunteering with StandUp For Kids.  it's enjoyable, it feels good, and it might help me decide if i want to stay in the psychology field.

....i said that i was going to work on turning my home into a haven, and i have!  it's looking really cute right now.  the only room that needs a lot of work is the bedroom, but that is this week's project.
