Spent most of my day researching how to start an LLC (Limited Liability Company for all those uneducated LJ losers out there). Seems to be a pretty simple process to undertake, although I will end up having to pay around $200-500 to a lawyer to fill out all the paperwork and make sure its all nice and neat.
