well one of my best friends now knows about my anorexia. she knew all along. and the funny thing is, i knew that she had known. she also has gone through bulimia and anorexia so coming from that standpoint it was pretty obvious to her. we had a really serious talk, and she told me that shes here for me. shes actually been covering up for me, since

My friend used to try to talk about my eating disorder with me, and she pushed and pushed for recovery... but the whole time she just put me down & would tell me everything that was wrong about me. It just made me not want to recover more and more..

I'm glad you have someone to talk to that knows what you're going through. That's important to have... I wish I were 114 again :(

yeah, i was worried that she would just want me to recover and she did ask me "do you think you need help?" and i said no of course i dont want help and i dont want my parents knowing, thats the last thing they need. im sorry that your friend did that, because thats not the way to handle a eating disorder at all you cant force someone to do something they wont do it. and she even realizes by having people talk about me it doesnt help me anymore. im just finally gladi could tell someone because its so hard not being able to vocalize how i feel and its just so so nice to have someone who understands.
