Another night where I am completely exhausted. I had one of the busiest days I can remember and don't care to recall it all now. I didn't write much in my jot journal besides I felt really good today. Today was an exhausting day of ups and downs. I should probably make an effort to explore it all, but my eye lids are heavy and my bed awaits me. Today is yet another day and it has been a long one indeed. I am feeling better today than I have in many of the past days in which I was experiencing hell-like panic, anxiety and depression.
