the walk from brooklyn to midtown wasn't as bad as i had anticipated. I got a ride over the Williamsburg Bridge, so that cut down on some walking time. i stopped on 23rd and 2nd to get a bagel and coffee and then kept on keeping on to 44th and 9th.
