I've finished with the two-week long celebration back home. It's a pity we can't have feasts and military parades in my honor here, but I suppose if every day were a holiday about how wonderful I am, it wouldn't feel so special anymore ( Read more... )

Daddy I ran away from home because you didn't make at least five floats look like me.

Hello, King Dad. Surprise! I wanted to see what's so special about this place. Kamek has been saying very interesting things about you while you've been gone.

Wendy, you came here? Oh hell.

I tried asking your brothers where you were but they were clueless.

They're always clueless. I'm the only one who inherited your smarts. And maaaaybe Ludwig. MAYBE. I told them I was leaving but they just threw rocks at me and told me not to come back!

Well, it's terrifying good to have you here, Wendy.

How have Kamek and Junior been? What was Kamek saying about me while I was gone?

*Samus is highly disinclined to enjoy anything with the name Pokey, Porky or any variation thereof or anything that even sounds like it.

She enjoyed scowled at it for a good five minutes while it lamented to her in that beautiful cactus baritone before promptly returning it on Bowbow's doorstep. Attached a handwritten note that simply says: "I'm allergic."*

::Later in the day there is a small box placed outside of her room with a note that says "I picked this up in the Gusty Garden Galaxy - to your continued good health." Inside of it? I think you know what's inside of it.::

Welcome back. I'd tell you about your daughter being here, but I guess she already contacted you herself.

Uh for that class, do the girls have to come in a dress?

For the class a dress would be preferable, but if you think you can pull off something semi-formal with shorts and a blouse or whatever then you can go ahead and try that.

Nice to have you back, Lord Bowser. I suppose I don't need to remind you your daughter's found her way to the school.

Junior's fine. Wendy is crazy don't listen to her is doing well so far. They or the school haven't gotten into any trouble yet. I'm sure at least 90% of the people here are staying away from the bear's cooking, and I've found an acceptable cook for your class, just as you ordered, sir.

Well at least Wendy's here and not lost in time kidnapped or something.

Who's the cook, Kamek?

who'd want to kidnap Wendy Who would dare kidnap your daughter, sir?

Louie, he's the school's cooking instructor. A little timid, but he'll do fine.

Well, I kidnap princesses. Surely somebody else out there must kidnap princesses, too. Wendy's a princess. Maybe somebody would try to kidnap her. She'd get returned after five minutes I don't know.

Fine, I'll drop in on him in the next couple of days to give him the menu.

Yes, sir! When the rest of the school returned to their normal ages, so did the Stilt Guys. Nothing to worry about.
