I moved into the beach house with the kids and after my first week here I thought it would be fun to get a bike with a basket for my dog and ride it every day wearing a sundress.  I shared those thoughts with the kids (you know who they are), and started saving money to buy a bike that would be "new" to me.  One week later my daughter honked ( ( Read more... )

Today I ran my first 3 miles since my surgery last December.  It wasn't too bad, but I started to get winded after 10min.  I finished it in 32 min.   best time ever was the 10 min. mile I ran in the snow earlier this week.  I just wanted to go home.  BTW,   it hurts to run in the snow, but a hot shower hurts even more after.
