that's what i've been wondering.

if you mean what i think you mean.

maybe he's scared of being hurt again. and he knows you won't hurt him, i'm sure, but if it didn't work out i think he would be devastated.

sometimes guys like knowing that they could have someone and not acting on it for awhile. it's sort of like an arrogant and annoying characteristic i have noticed in some fo them. he probably knows that he can have you whenever he wants so he's just playing games. but, don't worry. he'll come around.
