i ate a lot today, thinking i could just throw it all up. its not that easy tho, so im starting my fast today. it started 10 mins ago lol (8). my health teacher once said, if u over eat one day, its OK to under eat the next day. GOOD then! i wont eat at all, that would be BETTER. :)
