today i went tanning (look thinner when tanned - check)
i had:
- a v8
- a stirfry with only veggies and noodles (left most of the noodles)
- diet coke
- sparkling citrus drink (0 cal)
- handful of pinenuts
it's snacking that is getting to me... it's the handful of almonds here, and the popcorn there that are terrible... because you think it's fine... but
