And I thought my love life was complicated, apparently it could be much, much worse. I could be the confused peacock in England that performs elaborate mating rituals for a gas pump every year. Just saw the poor thing on the news. Kinda makes me wonder what the Kurdish Yezidi diaspora in the UK is doing to the peacocks besides "worshipping" them, ( Read more... )

He'll come around again. He does this. Plays a bunch of years in a row than disappears for a few. He'll be back eventually.

I'm supposed to go see The Proposition this week with my friend Dave. If not I'll go see the fucking thing by myself, lol. I'll find someone to drag along...

Dying to see it. But it's not playing anywhere I can get to, unfortunately. However, I might go see the Leonard Cohen movie later this week, with Cave's performance. If I do, I will let you know how it is.

Yeah. Twenty bucks says she was a showgirl. Because I asked him if he was still living in L.A., and he said sometimes, they spend a lot of time in Vegas. I give it 4 months. Maybe then I'll get another chance with him.

To sound totally crude and guyish, but damn, if only I had been able to hit that one more time... lol. *sigh*

I was devastated though. Completely and thoroughly.
