I wonder if maybe the lack of weight loss is muscle versus fat...so you're losing fat but not actual weight. Because when I was over watching the movie last night, I was noticing that you seemed quite a bit slimmer, especially in the belly area.
I would wonder the same thing that Sue did... I noticed it the other week. You look slimmer, so you might be transferring things around too. Also make sure your water intake has increased. If you're biking you need to increase your water intake or your body will retain water.
LOL I was going to say something much along the same lines. Try using a tape measure and measure yourself - if you are doing more in the way of activity, you may be getting more lean and not losing weight. It's great that you are eating a low (not no) fat diet, but does it also include lots of fruits and veggies? That helped for me as did drinking lots of water. Good Luck
I agree with the above posters about muscle vs. fat. I have gotten thinner in the last year, but have not lost any weight. Measuring yourself is a good idea.
Drink about 2 liters of water per day. It really helps with weight loss and its something I gotta remember to do myself. It seems to speed up weight loss when you exercise and drink a lot.
