Some days I just want to scream.  I don't at all understand why people go dumb every time they're faced with a situation they don't know how to deal with.  Look at the situation, gather the facts, utilize your resources, make the best decision you can, and hope for the best.  That's all it takes.  However, fear prevents too many people from taking
