They scheduled my extra "debit" day on Tuesday and I forgot about it when I said I'd fill in a half shift Mon. morn since I was already there for Sun. So I already was missing the Oscars (TiVo) and having to avert my eyes from newspapers until I got home to watch it on Monday. Just caught up on chores today, but I felt like a responsible young adult though cause I hand-washed my car and made my own lunch for tomorrow. Okay, I know, I'm two steps away from playing with old computers in my garage.

I'm driving poor Lola (my new car) to death
Wow, it's been crazy lately. I don't think I've spent more than 24 hours in one spot in the past 11 days. I've been either at work jumping from station to station each day, at home, or out of town visiting friends in Dallas and New Orleans. A long weekend at work. It's been hard to fill all the positions lately to the point where trucks are being pulled off-line and people are racking up tons of overtime. Uhhh. I gotta work again today. Already worked a 48 Wed & Thur. Got home Fri, worked out a bit, picked up my new Pontiac Vibe (gotta stick a pic here), went out dancing with Robert, effed around online for an hour, and am bout to drive back down to Galveston till Mon morning. Free from the Jelly Belly tyranny
It's probably a tad disturbing comment on me that I get so excited about things like this, but I'm finally enjoying Jelly Belly jellybeans. I avoid their assorted jellybeans because of all the crap they put in there. When I have a gap in the LJ, that usually means I've actually gotten out and done something. I went up to CS (again, I know) a week and a half ago to see the usual crowd.
