I have a question.

How come movies are always better when you haven't read the reviews for them?

Is it free will? Does the fact that I don't like my opinion being decided for me have something to do with it ( Read more... )

OK, here's the week so far run down to the simple parts:

1) Saturday night fawking rocked! I got to see _still_ill_ after work, thanks to Fujin. The first time in four years I actually meet the man, and we hit it off really well! Hey all!

Thanksgiving came and passed without too much in the way of incident. With my check from Marketshare coming today (hopefully), we'll be able to fix up a proper dinner sometime around Monday or so. Better late than never, eh?

I resolved to do it this week. To finally knuckle under and quit GA, damn the torpedoes, full speed ahead.

On Monday, November 7, 2005 at 1:47 in the morning, we lost Topo to the sickness he was fighting. We took great pains to make sure he was as content as could be expected when it happened. Thanks to eternal_pain's roses and candles, we have something of a memorial up for him ( Read more... )

Where the hell did this come from?

Jamie's adopted Russian Blue, Topo, is sick.

He was fine yesterday...and all of a sudden he's listless, won't move, and is meowing like he's in terrible pain.

He's only nine years old; he's still too young to just up and die on us like Gandalf did.

It's not fair...I was finally getting to really like him.
