Shopping trip

The shopping trip was very succesful. We all spent quite some money, but we're all happy with what we found. I bought a nice bag, a pretty white blouse, a black shirt and a raincoat (as spring has been nothing but rain yet!). Oh, and I bought two DVDs, The Unbearable Lightness of Being and American Beauty, and two books from Milan

Sounds like a very successful shopping trip. It the town all European olde-worlde looking? Or a modern look? Just curious. I am so envious that you guys can move around Europe so easily.
Bummer about having to jump around for 4 minutes...they should have told you well in advance about that. It sounds like your girls had a great time though!

Antwerp is a beautiful town, Ellie. It has all these beautiful old buildings, but also some very modern architecture... It's just a great mix. We're indeed lucky to live in the middle of all these beautiful cities, we really should enjoy it more.

If I had known in front, I might have come up with some kind of excuse so I wouldn't have to jump around for 4 minutes ;)

Ok; that sucks! If something is really emberassing, than it's jumping in front of an audiance for 4 minutes, NOT wearing a bra.
Too bad i didn't had to go to the performance. LOL* *evil grin*

sounds cool, those girls in gothic. I like that style a lot. i think, if i was a teenager these days, THAT would be my style to go.

I was wearing a bra, just not a very good one for jumping ;) I was glad I was standing at the back row, so I could fake my jumping now and then ;)

Those girls looked great!! I've always loved black, I'm still wearing mostly black (except for my make up) and I certainly would have gone for that style as a teenager as well :)
