I went home today during student council. I have felt so sick this weekend. I took a two hour nap. I wish I didn't have to go back for choir. I would sleep more. Eating is bad. Try a martial art or a breathing excersize daily. It can help one focus on what you've lost sight of.
Or,talk to friends. One or the other. Preferably both. You could do one.
