I just realized the most exciting and most logical reason why people should use Twitter: to save paper. Why write notes to yourself when you can Tweet?
My host in Guam wouldn't have remembered to send me an email, she says, if she did not update her Twitter with the memo.

Baconnaise Experiments, trial 1
- (Canadian) Bacon, Lettuce & Tomato on Rye bread: GOOD
- Veggie platter--carrots, celery, cucumber, snow peas: GOOD
- Bacon: EXTRA GOOD
- Hershey's Chocolate: Interestingly, pretty good. I like the velvetty sweetness of the chocolate, saltiness and "~nnaise-ness" of the Baconnaise

It's been a while since I had seen an entire MTV Video Movie Awards show. Based on this experience, I have to say that I'm even more nostalgic than ever.
One, I remember listening to the Jackson 5 as a child, then MJ and Janet growing up. Seeing the tribute at the beginning with Janet made me really sad.
