normality is vastly over rated in this house hold... mom had a loony moment  dad had a weird one... oh well screw them . i'm working 4 shifts next week. a WED. shift... hmm they dont know it yet... but you know... you do the math 5 hours a shift four shifts a week  7  bucks an hour... yup!

why do i do this to myself.

I  had a real down day today.

I stopped tracking the ups and the downs.

It's too sad to see how many bad days i have

I Cried today, for my own reasons.

I wish i would just mediate with the best of them.
