I'd like to be able to select more than one mood. Tired/determined is not the same as tired/weepy or tired/accomplished. I guess today I would fall into the first category. 4 Day Weekend: Whoo-hoo!
Today is a perfect sleep in day. It's been lightly raining since the wee hours of the morning and everything's all grey and dripping. Alice was supposed to have off school yesterday and today, so I took off two days of work. Ian Jones Art
We checked out Ian's student show at UCF last night. He went all out, borrowing professional displays and lighting, cozying the space up, making posters, etc. The show is called "Baby Steps Out of the Wilderness," and for some of us it was a sort of retrospective, seeing Ian's art over the years in a new context. Weirdest week ever
So, here I am, second week of the new job, just starting to get things sorted out and out of the blue I get a call from Florida Hospital College asking me to teach one section of English composition, one night per week.
