We're going to America for the holidays after all! Mom and Dad didn't think we'd be able to but the last check they were waiting on for the holiday catalog they worked on came in finally!

This masquerade thing sounds pretty nifty. I have no idea what to dress as for it though. A lot of the things I'd choose wouldn't be too recognizable by people here I think.

I'm SO glad to be back here! Now I can do some proper Quidditch practice. I was thinking of booking the pitch sometime this week and everyone who's on a House team can just kinda hang out and play around.
Maybe we can arrange a scrimmage game? Would everyone be up for that? -

Well, it looks like our Disney trip in Paris is going to be cancelled. My parents have heard all about You-Know-Who from the news here and I made the mistake of telling them he was a wizard. Mom freaked and Dad decided that traveling around here was probably too dangerous.
I'll be surprised if they even let me out of the house now. -
