Been awhile....
So, it's been nearly a year since I've posted. I think I need to get back to journaling. I think I really need that outlet for getting my thoughts out of my head. I haven't done it in such a long while and I'm feeling the effects.
For now, I've got to get to bed though.

Just noticed I haven't posted anything since November 9th. Much has changed. Things have picked up @ work - we're getting quite busy now. We moved back into town from the country back in February. Love the fact that we're now in a place that the kids can walk to/from school and to just about anywhere. But, it is a small house which is not a bad ( Read more... ) -
It's finally done
I have been fighting endometriosis pain for nearly 10 years. Had all sorts of tests and now 4 surgeries. I don't have anything left in me anymore. Uterus, cervix and now both ovaries are all gone. I'm grateful on one hand - that I finally took the step needed that will hopefully end this pain but, on the other hand, it has put me into official ( Read more... ) -
Went to the Dr today
Got a script for Lexapro. I really didn't want to do it and have been fighting this for nearly a year now. But, I am at the point where I needed a little help. I've tried Lexapro before and it worked great. It's subtle, don't even realize I'm taking it other than after several days realizing things don't bother me as much as they used to.

Long time, no post
I'm off today - through the weekend - Woohoo! I figured, what the hell. I might be laid off in another couple of months but, I could use a little vacation now. No big plans - no money for big plans but at least I don't have to go into work.

Can life get any more insane?
I'm feeling the need to journal. If for nothing else than to vent. I have so many things going through my head right now - when I take time to think about it all, I feel my heart race and my chest ache a bit. So, I am trying to breathe regularly and just relax. Easier said than done these days.

FB - mixed blessing

Oh man - the word has gotten out that there is an awesome job in Australia coming up - to be the caretaker of an uninhabited island off the cost of Australia for 6 mos. Starting a new year
It’s been quite awhile since I’ve posted on LJ. I can’t recall but I’m thinking that first sentence might have been how I opened my last post. I’m keeping up on Facebook but haven’t been able to do the same with LJ, Twitter or MySpace.
