In my opinion the second highest form of killing is Poisoning. Many people might consider poisoning to be too impersonal (like shooting) and therefore too rude to be considered a legitimate act but I disagree. Poisoning has its uses. Depending on who you want to affect. It can be personal or not. Made to make people suffer or die in peace. Just need to be careful of what you use, how you use it, and how it can be linked to you. If you do research, don't check out the books from the library and don't use your personal computer to look up the information.
