Final post

This is Kate writing one last time for Jackie, my mother. She passed away peacefully yesterday morning, January 3, at home. I held her hand.

Mom donated to Doctors Without Borders when she could, if anyone wants to donate in her name.

Oh, so very sorry to hear that. She was such a sweet joy to all of us. Our love and prayers to you.

And definitely a donation in her honor, though I'll have to make it to just Jackie. But know that it's there.

I think it was the doodles on the Church program that I will miss the most. She touched me with her imagination and wit.

My condolences to you and your family. Jackie's posts used to amuse and intrigue me and I admired her creativity and the flair she showed in arranging and decorating her lovely home.

She will be missed by everyone who knew her.
