New Home,  whee,  after a week netless I am back.  man... how did we live without it...

Japanese law says you must give 6 months notice to Evict.  The leassor,  must give the Leassee 6 months.  too bad we are subleassees.  You see, that means we depend on the Leassee (Nova) to pay the rent, and to notify us of changes in the rentor agreement.  Nice of them to give us plenty of notice ( Read more... )
