Emotional Wrecking Ball.
I've been a ball of emotions all day. Frustrations and emotions have been piling up and are slowly working on breaking my back. Somedays I wish that I had the ability to just shut down and reboot, or at the very least to distance myself from my overactive brain from time to time. Sometime within the past couple of months, I've rediscovered my confidence, ego, and self-esteem. It's a wonderful thing. Granted, the old constantly negative Max has poked his head through occassionally, but I've done my best at reigning him in and keeping him muzzled. With varying degrees of success. That urge to abandon everything here is back. Not from any sort of melancholy or depression, but simply for a desire to start fresh I think. I need to get out of here, to find some place that doesn't feed on my spirit and creativity. I feel as though I've inadvertantly hobbled myself through my fear of being on my own. Not to harp on an already overdone subject here, but I'm so sick of being lonely. I got short with a friend tonite because I just couldn't stand to hear him talk about how he always gets to spend time with people, with physical and emotional contact. I hated him a little.
