Oh god, I'm so full... today has been a hell of an eating day, and to be frank, a hell of an eating week. My aunt's in town (she leaves tomorrow), and basically I've had one meal at home all week. Oh my god! I've never felt as relaxed as I did today. I finally used the gift certificate that my friend gave me last year to Spa Utopia, one of the best spas in Vancouver. Yes, it's very expensive, but it was worth every dollar. I was in heaven for 75 minutes today. I had what was the Utopia Signature Massage. I even had a registered therapist so ( Read more... )

I don't think I've been so sick as I have in the last week. I'm utterly stuffed up with no remedy in sight, and still attempting to attend school. It was really difficult for me to drive to school today but I managed.

I really wish my body wasn't like this, where it needs to shut down after a long period of work (this time being my practicum). *
