Back from a couple days in the desert. I'm full of mosquito bites and a bit sun-burned, but otherwise had a relly good time. The first day drove south and went to Maktesh Katan, or the Small Maktesh. Back from Haifa! Now that is a beautiful city. It's in the North along the Coastal Plain and it's incredible to see. While in Haifa we toured the Carmel Winery in Zikhron Yaakov, Tried to tour the Bahai Gardens, but they screwed up our tour time so we saw it from the top, saw Brokeback Mountain, ate amazing meals, and watched hours of olympics ( Read more... )

Okay, I'm safely in Luxor after some ridiculous travel stories. Now safely on the boat down the Nile and enjoying some luxury! I'll tell more when I get a chance!

Three days and I'm out for awhile. Very excited. Tonight we had another performance for WUJS and the Arad community at a place called Studio 11, which is basically across the way from our last performance. It went very well for KT and I. The Seahawks are in the NFC Championship Game! I got to watch it all on the one TV in the building and it was a great game. Also, it was played in Seattle, so it was fun to get to see my hometown for a bit. Well, things are running along smoothly over here, except for everyone being sick. We had our first experience with the Israeli Medical System, and all I can say is that U.S. Health Care is HORRIBLE!
