Went to an AA mtg I've never been to before tonight, it was the most ridiculous meeting I have ever attended. First off, only people who regularly attend the meeting (mostly homegroup members) are allowed to sit at the tables with the comfy chairs. My sponsee finally called me so we get to start working her steps on Wednesday.  I'm excited to help someone else through their journey in sobriety.  I just hope that I help her as much as I was helped.

I turned 32 today. And tomorrow I am interviewing with a company.........it's 6 interviews each 30 minutes in length.  It's gonna be a rough day.  Send a prayer out for me please!

So, I went to rockfest Friday night.  Saw some kick ass bands, and Kid Rock with Rev Run.  I have so many not so good things going on right now that I'm feeling overwhelmed.
I logged onto LJ to post about it but I sat here and stared at the blank page not knowing what to say or where to start or how to put it into words.

Now my beloved (dripping with sarcasm) sister has decided to point the finger at one of her friends who she thinks drinks to much.
Please let me clarify that she was here for 3-4 days and drank at least 2 of those.........not to mention the pot she smokes on a regular basis.

Can I legally disown a sibling? 

My sister Val (the one that lives in Hawaii) has decided that it's not possible that I am actually sober.  So she's being a bitch and pointing out every single flaw in my life over the past 3 years to prove her point that I'm not sober.  She doesn't live here.  She doesn't see me and my day to day life. I was enjoying what I thought was my last day with Matt not at work and he just got here.  ICK!

He was gone Wed-right now at a sales show in Florida.  The sight of him makes my skin crawl.
