I can't in full conscience come out and help you on your new house when my own house is in such a state of disarray. So instead, I'm using you as my "no excuses" counterweight to force me to get the fascia and yardwork finished before the real winter hits. But only in the sense that if I'm gonna be a bad friend and not come out, I'll at least be productive at home. Or else I'm just being an ass.
