So I was doing well with my work-out routine then I went to a convention. I did something strange to my ankle so I haven't really wanted to work out since. So, my body hurts more today than I think it should. I only spent about 45 minutes out in the hot day yesterday, but my body felt beat up by it. So I'm taking today off of working out. So, I missed Wednesday's work out, depression hit me hard. The Bean Circuit continued
Yay for today, oh and yesterday I did some walking after jogging for like a block, heh.
So 25 minutes of Cardio
one set of 15 BC and one set of 10 with some ab work inbetween
I forgot to go to the bank after work because I was too busy hating drivers, so I'm thinking I might walk up there...though I best leave soon of I'm gonna do so. -

So...I learned a valuable lesson while losing my weight, if you don't write it down, it won't happen. Well, honestly I learned the lesson before that but never could get myself to apply it.
