Dark Horse?!?!? The boys jealous? Shit, I'm jealous. Seriously though, that sounds totally awesome. And I should probably mention I've been looking for contract illustration work... and/or sequential comics work... does Dave have some serious influence? To help a homegirl out? Seriously, that would be awesome.

Aside from that, we need to have another webcam chat soon. I get all misty-eyed thinking about you guys...

We will have to do that sometime, that video chat was damn fun!

Dave gets to propose artists for new projects sometimes, but they tend to be people who are pretty established in the field. Not to say that someday you two might not work together, if the fates align!

That's a valid thought...I know what you mean!

Dark Horse is a comic book publisher, with its offices right in our backyard of Milwaukie, Oregon. They put out books like Hellboy, Tank Girl, Sin City, Trigun, the Buffy comics, Star Wars comics (Dave's book) and the old Alien vs Predator comics. Dave's an editor, so he spends his days making sure artists and writers get their stuff together and the book gets made. Pretty damn cool!

I can't wait to see y'all in May!

Your dude has a cool job! I'm sitting on the couch with Hayden, watching Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets, on my new macbook...it snowed today (see my FB) I can't wait to see you for John's grad and my B day weekend!!!
