Made it through my birthday, mostly unscathed. Of course, in an effort to help me enjoy the entire 24 hours, my cat decided that it was inappropriate for me to get any sleep starting when the clock struck midnight. IMsL was awesome. I met cool people and got to do a fair amount of flirting. Due to medical reasons, I could not be bruised over the weekend, so I concentrated my play on topping, and had a couple of fantastic scenes! lochai got a call from his ex-wife last night. Apparently she had a date with a guy who is a member of hogtied.com. The mental image of her dating someone who watches her ex-husband doing bondage porn on the internet is really amusing to me. (And yes, I spoke with her and got her permission to share this.)

I spent Saturday and today with a person who I had only known through events before moving here. I think I might be making a new friend, and I am thrilled!

Today was a monumental day. I took an exam.

Doesn't sound like much, does it? However, if all sources are correct, it was the last exam I had to take in order to get my Associates Degree. Scheduled graduation date - December 12, 2008. Better late than never...
