Yesterday, I finally decided to start doing more cardio. I went to the gym, went on the treadmill, and actually jogged for 5 minutes out of 20. Honestly, how painful was it to get your nipples pierced? Any regrets?It was about as painful as doing needle play on nipples. Basically, it hurt when the needle pushed through either side of the skin.
