It's been several hours since the phone call and I am really not dealing. We saw him at Pensic and while Rags looked a little rough around the edges, and his energy was way down, but I never thought we wouldn't see him next Pensic. I keep listing that I'm going to clear counters, reorder the pantry, etc. when I make cleaning lists. I have actually begun the process. I have moved the coffee maker to the other side of the sink, cleared all of the other counter (except near the phone) and made an honest-to-gosh food prep area.
