God, what a day!
For the third time this summer we've had back-to-back emergency calls (once it was back-to-back-to-back). We're not even done with one call and the pager's going off for another. I don't understand people
When you volunteer on a fire department in a small town, you definitely get an interesting window into how people think. It's all smudged and I can't understand anything I'm seeing, but it's a window. I'm sure emergency personnel in larger cities have similar oddities and, most likely, the same sense of confusion.
